Combatting the Opioid Overdose Epidemic

HHM Health stands steadfast in its commitment to combatting the opioid overdose epidemic through a multifaceted approach.We provide a comprehensive range of services, including counseling, prevention efforts, and improved access to care for individuals struggling with opioid use disorder, aiming to tackle the underlying causes of opioid misuse and overdose. As a beacon of hope in the fight against this pressing public health crisis, HHM Health is dedicated to fostering a safer and healthier environment for all of the Dallas community.

Services Offered

Overdose Train the Trainer Pilot Program

For Healthcare and Behavioral Health Professionals ​ in Dallas (DFW) Region Six

Join HHM Health, the leader in professional training, with our Train the Trainer program designed for Community Based Organizations’ and Healthcare Personnel. Commit to a six-month training via virtual, in-person, or hybrid sessions held once per month. Upon completion, receive a certificate valid for two years.

Trainers will implement learned tools in their workplace and community, participating in follow-up cohorts. Our training is free. Materials provided by HHM Health behavioral health. Limited to twenty-five members per cohort. Don’t miss this opportunity!

Cohort 1: begins July 11th
Cohort 2: begins July 17th

Community stakeholders include families, healthcare workers, education workers, courts, law enforcement, churches, and/or anyone desiring to be trained in the DFW community.

International Overdose Awareness Day

HHM Health will observe International Awareness Day at our Vickery Office on Friday, August 30th at 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Join us in observance with good music, goodie bags from Tiff’s Treats Truck and many other activities.
