NOTICE:

Due to the increased prevalence of flu, COVID-19, and various respiratory infections, all patients and visitors experiencing respiratory symptoms wear a face mask, ensuring coverage of both the nose and mouth. If you do not have a face mask, we can provide you with one.

Please ensure that requests for all events are submitted at least one month before the event date.
Our offerings include School Physicals, Sports Physicals, HIV Testing, Hep C Testing, Blood Pressure Screening, Diabetes Screening, Nutrition Education, Healthy Cooking Classes, and Dental Screenings. Please note that HHM does not provide vaccine events. Some of our offerings may involve associated fees. HHM accepts most insurance plans and provides a sliding scale option for those who qualify.
