Meet Victoria Dillard, MD

Obstetrics and Gynecology

Dr. Dillard is a board-eligible OB/GYN with four years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is dedicated delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and stays current in women;s health. 

She earned her medical doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville and went on to complete her OB/GYN residency at Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center. During her training, she was recognized with the Excellence in Obstetrics Award from the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine and the Excellence in Teaching Award from the University of California, San Francisco. She also holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Duke University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Howard University.

Dr. Dillard has a special interest in high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and medical education. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Dillard enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, cooking, spending time with her family, and event planning.

She is currently welcoming new patients and looks forward to providing individualized, comprehensive care with a commitment to excellence at every step.
