Our offerings include School Physicals, Sports Physicals, HIV Testing, Hep C Testing, Blood Pressure Screening, Diabetes Screening, Nutrition Education, Healthy Cooking Classes, and Dental Screenings. Please note that HHM does not provide vaccine events. Some of our offerings may involve associated fees. HHM accepts most insurance plans and provides a sliding scale option for those who qualify.
