Stephanie L. Christian, MS, LPC-TX, OK, FL-TLHT, is a multi-state licensed professional counselor and program director with over 15 years of experience providing community-based mental health services and counseling to children and adults facing mental health disorders, developmental disorders, and substance use disorders. She specializes in multiple therapeutic modalities, with particular expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Stephanie began her training in Addictions Counseling at OSU-OKC before earning a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies & Gerontology from Southern Nazarene University, OK, and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Langston University, OK. As the Program Director for HHM Health’s CORE Coordinated Opioid Recovery Program, she leads the implementation of evidence-based addiction treatment and compassionate therapy while collaborating with a team of health navigators to provide ongoing support for patients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). She holds licensure in Texas, Oklahoma, and Florida.
Stephanie is deeply committed to developing programs and delivering services that strengthen individuals and communities. She actively gives back through mentorship for women of all ages, pro bono counseling services, and volunteer work.
Outside of her professional practice, Stephanie enjoys praise and worship, traveling to experience God’s amazing world, and spending quality time with her family.
