Dr. Iyer is a board-certified Ob/Gyn with 35 years of experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and staying at the forefront of advancements in their field.
Dr. Iyer earned her degree from Osmania Medical College, followed by residency program at Interfaith Medical Center in New York. She has additional training in minimal invasive Gynecological surgeries such as Laparoscopic-assisted Vaginal Hysterectomies and Laparoscopic surgeries for ectopic pregnancies and Oophorectomy (ovary removal).
Dr. Iyer has a particular interest in high-risk pregnancies and office-based surgeries such hysteroscopies, LEEP and Polypectomy. They are passionate about working closely with patients to create personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Iyer enjoys gardening, DIY projects and traveling.
