Philosophy of Care

Dr. Syed’s philosophy of care is centered on understanding the whole person rather than focusing on a single symptom or diagnosis. She believes nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, metabolic health, and other lifestyle factors are important parts of medical care. Her goal is to help patients understand what may be contributing to their health concerns and then work together to create a personalized, practical, and sustainable plan. She believes meaningful change does not have to happen all at once and focuses on helping patients identify the changes that will have the greatest impact on their health.
