Maritza Ruiz, LCSW, is a bilingual social worker with specialized experience in substance use treatment and mental health counseling. She has experience providing individual counseling, facilitating group therapy, and supporting clients through trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. Maritza has worked with diverse populations, including women, families, and Spanish-speaking communities, helping individuals navigate recovery, healing, and emotional wellness.
Maritza earned her Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is passionate about increasing access to culturally responsive mental health care and is committed to providing compassionate, client-centered services that honor each person’s culture, language, strengths, and lived experiences.
