Alfredo Flores is a certified Community Health Worker with over 10 years of experience in healthcare outreach and community engagement. He is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care through outreach, advocacy, and care coordination. Alfredo has extensive experience addressing Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) by connecting individuals and families to essential community resources, reducing barriers to care, and promoting equitable health outcomes. His commitment to serving diverse populations helps empower patients to achieve improved health and well-being.
Alfredo earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of North Texas and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Texas Woman’s University in 2023, further strengthening his leadership and healthcare management expertise.
He has a particular interest in promoting health equity and improving access to care for underserved and vulnerable populations through culturally responsive outreach and resource navigation. Alfredo is also passionate about behavioral health and wellness, helping individuals connect with mental health resources and community-based support services that enhance overall quality of life.
Outside of work, Alfredo enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, and spending time outdoors.
