Dr. Allury Arora Lal is a pediatrician with 16 years of clinical experience caring for newborns, school-aged children, and children with complex medical histories. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care that considers each child’s unique needs, cultural background, and family circumstances. Her approach emphasizes preventive care, patient education, and helping families build healthy habits that support children’s long-term well-being.
Dr. Lal earned her medical degree from Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi, India, and an MBA in Healthcare from IIHMR in India. She completed her general pediatrics residency at the University of South Alabama and has additional training in public health and functional medicine. Her clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, and developing culturally appropriate care plans that reflect each family’s needs and lifestyle. She enjoys coaching parents to create a fulfilling parenting journey while keeping their child’s well-being at the center and maintaining a healthy balance for the entire family.
Outside of caring for patients, Dr. Lal enjoys spending time with her husband, a physician-scientist and entrepreneur, their 12-year-old twins, and their German Shepherd. As a family, they enjoy music, sports, and traveling.
