Reyna Soto Martinez is the Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) Lead Navigator at HHM Health. She is dedicated to improving access to HIV prevention, education, and supportive services for individuals and communities. Reyna is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care by helping patients navigate healthcare systems, connect to essential resources, and overcome barriers to care. She is committed to promoting health equity while empowering patients through education, advocacy, and personalized support.
Reyna Soto Martinez earned her Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). She completed her internship with HHM Health’s Behavioral Health Department, where she provided case management services and helped patients connect with behavioral health services and community resources. Her background in social work has equipped her with the skills to support individuals with complex healthcare and social needs through compassionate, holistic care.
Reyna’s professional interests include HIV prevention and education, HIV care navigation, PrEP education and navigation, HCV education and linkage to care, case management, health equity, reducing healthcare disparities, and addressing social determinants of health. She enjoys working closely with patients to increase access to preventive services and ensure they receive the support needed to achieve their health goals.
Outside of work, Reyna enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants, and continuing to learn new ways to serve and advocate for her community.
