Dr. Dhatri Polavarapu is a public health researcher and clinical professional specializing in epidemiology, health services research, implementation science, and multidisciplinary clinical research. With a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and a background in dental surgery, she combines clinical expertise with population health and data analytics to develop evidence-based solutions that improve healthcare quality and reduce health disparities.
Dr. Polavarapu earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences and her Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. As a Clinical Program and Data Coordinator, she leads clinical analytics, program evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives, working closely with physicians, clinical leaders, researchers, and operational teams to strengthen healthcare delivery and improve patient and population health outcomes.
She is passionate about advancing collaborative, data-informed healthcare solutions that bridge research, clinical practice, and public health. Through interdisciplinary partnerships, she strives to improve healthcare quality, expand access to preventive services, and promote equitable health outcomes for diverse communities. Dr. Polavarapu is also a member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society.
Outside of work, Dr. Polavarapu enjoys painting, gardening, and spending time outdoors. She appreciates creative activities that foster mindfulness, balance, and personal well-being.
