Blanca Peña, Chief Dental Officer, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Texas A&M College of Dentistry in 2008. Dr. Peña earned her Master of Public Health in Healthcare Management from the UT Health Houston in 2024 to help further her efforts to bridge the gap between medical and dental care. She is a National Oral Health Leadership Institute Scholar and was nominated for the best non-profit team at HHM Health Dental Clinic during the pandemic in 2020 by D CEO Magazine. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her husband, and playing with her dogs.
