Ashlee Mrnustik is a healthcare operations leader passionate about improving access to care and creating compassionate, patient-centered experiences. With a background in behavioral health, wellness, and practice management, she brings experience leading teams, optimizing workflows, implementing healthcare technology, and using data to strengthen operational performance.
Ashlee believes strong healthcare operations should make care easier for both patients and the people who serve them. Her approach combines structure and accountability with empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement. She is especially passionate about organizations that recognize healthcare is about more than treating a condition. It is about meeting people where they are and helping them feel seen, supported, and cared for.
Ashlee earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Texas, with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She has completed graduate-level coursework in biochemistry and virology and has pursued additional training in Lean Six Sigma and healthcare technology. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys dancing, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. She is also committed to giving back to the community through volunteering and supporting charitable organizations.
