Irene Lopez, PHR, serves as Director of People & Culture, where she is committed to enabling organizational success through a people-focused culture grounded in growth, compassion, and high performance. Her personal mission is to empower teams of CARES-givers by fostering a growth mindset, strengthening leadership capability, and cultivating an environment where individuals and organizations can thrive together.
Irene holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Amberton University. She brings more than 26 years of human resources experience spanning a wide range of industries, including nonprofit, healthcare, media, financial services, and global manufacturing. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to align people strategies with business objectives while championing values-driven workplaces.
A Dallas native, Irene is deeply connected to her community and passionate about giving back. When she joined HHM in 2022, she was inspired by the opportunity to help remove barriers to care and ensure access to high-quality services for underserved populations—an issue she understands personally. Outside of work, Irene enjoys reading, listening to an eclectic mix of music, and spending quality time with her family.
