In early September, HHM Health took a significant step towards enhancing the well-being of students, families, and the community at large. We are excited to share the success and impact of our medical services at the Redbird Youth & Family Clinic and the Kiosco Youth & Family Clinic at Thomas Jefferson High School, both nestled within the Dallas Independent School District (DISD).
A Promising Start
Our journey began on August 15 when HHM Health initiated immunization and physical services at these locations. The response from the community was heartwarming, with hundreds of patients benefiting from these essential healthcare services.
Extended Services
Starting on September 4 and 6, these clinics expanded their medical services, providing a wide range of healthcare services to adults and pediatric patients alike.
Convenient Access
The Redbird Youth & Family Clinic and the Kiosco Youth & Family Clinic at Thomas Jefferson High School are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring that you can access quality healthcare without disrupting your daily routine.
At Thomas Jefferson High School, the clinic is open on Mondays and Wednesdays. For those near the Redbird Youth & Family Clinic, you can access our services on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This balanced schedule ensures that healthcare is never out of reach when you need it.
