About Me
Dr. Blanca Peña serves as Chief Dental Officer at HHM Health, leading the strategic direction and integration of oral health services within a patient-centered care model. With more than 18 years of experience, she combines clinical expertise, public health knowledge, and executive leadership to advance innovative, integrated care.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry, and a Master of Public Health in Healthcare Management.
Dr. Peña is passionate about connecting medical and dental care to improve prevention, care coordination, and long-term health outcomes. Under her leadership, HHM Dental has expanded through strategic partnerships, program innovation, and a focus on accessible, high-quality care.
Committed to workforce development and community health, she collaborates with academic institutions to help train future healthcare providers. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Peña is dedicated to delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care that reflects HHM Health’s CARES values and mission.
