The HHM Health Women’s Clinics provides medical care for women in all stages of life, including obstetrics, gynecology surgery, family planning, hormonal therapy, and birth control counseling. Our family planning services include free pregnancy tests and various forms of birth control, including the pill, shot, condom, contraceptive implant, hormone patch, IUD, vaginal contraceptive ring, and vaginal spermicide. Qualified women and girls in Dallas County may be able to access free birth control methods such as birth control pills and IUDs through the Trust Her initiative of our partner, Child Poverty Action Labs.

As part of our commitment to fostering a sense of belonging and enabling successful resettlement of refugees within the Dallas community, HHM Health offers free monthly Cooking Classes in our Nutrition Education room, where volunteers will teach refugees how to make simple American recipes while learning how to use western appliances. These classes also aim to enable our patients to prepare healthy and affordable meals. HHM Health introduced this program to emphasize the link between kitchen skills, family nutrition, and overall health.
HHM Health proudly operates two youth and family medicine clinics within the Dallas Independent School District (DISD) schools—Redbird and Kiosco. Students and their families can receive same-day preventative services at Redbird and Kiosco. Some services offered at Redbird and Kiosco include but are not limited to well-child visits, vaccinations, gynecological services, adult physicals, and management of chronic adult disease. HHM Health is partnering with Bexa Equity Alliance to provide free breast examinations to patients. Bexa, an innovative FDA-cleared 510(k) medical device, utilizes advanced high-resolution elastography to, in most cases, find abnormal breast tissues and masses, including breast cancer. This exam does not involve radiation. While these examinations are not meant to replace or discourage mammograms, Bexa exams offer several benefits to patients, particularly those below forty, pregnant, or nursing.
